prattish[there's a dude that is dressed anachronistally, but unlike most anachronistic fashionistas around London this one is leaning towards the opposite end of anachronism. And as confused as this person looks, he also looks annoyed and put out. He stares at the bustle of people around him, seeming annoyed and put out by the sheer fact that they are going about their business without any notice of him or this particular set of strange events.]
Would someone please tell me what exactly is going on here?
[there is a moment where this does get everyone's attention, and Arthur seems almost satisfied with the reaction - that is until they return to whatever they were doing just as quickly, leaving Arthur to sidestep someone pushing a cart down the road. Still annoyed, he's not even watching where he's going, as he turns around abruptly and bumps into A Person that could be your character or an NPC or whatever]
