[Ange can be enjoying whatever it is she's doing. It's a wonderful day to not be annoyed by everyone. Best day.

At least until her reality of wherever she is fades to black, then fades back into a study. It's both similar and different to Featherine's. Still a lot of books and a ridiculous amount of lamps hanging on the ceiling, but on the walls are large windows overlooking the city. Bern-chan is sitting nearby her on top of a shelf. Tail wagging and glaring. Ikuko is writing at a desk.

She is also really drunk.]

A~~ange! I need an edito~or!

[Flailing a stack of papers at her. The amazing Creator Witch everyone.]

It could be because they share a bed or their emotional proximity rather than any physical one but it doesn't really matter. Whatever the answer, like their waking hours, their connection tends to effect their sleep. Lion probably wouldn't notice it anyway but today especially is distracting.

Once, Lion saw something strange when Will gave her a game, a glimpse of torture and death. This scene probably came from it even if Lion has repressed the memory too deeply to consciously recall it now. Lion sits on the steps of the church where Will works. In front of her are corpses. Hundreds spread out and torn apart, all killed in a brutal but efficient manner. The elaborate outfits suggest they were all witches. If one looks carefully - and Lion already has - even Clair and Erika's remains can be found among the rest. Likely, she remembers that funeral for Clair and Will's statement of what he did to Erika.

Red still seeps against the bottom step, below Lion's boots. Her face is hidden in her hands, eyes shut, so that she doesn't have to see it. This nightmare...is recent but not the first of its kind. Since she found out everything, it's taken center stage on more than a few nights. It means she knows, too, that if she gets up now, she'll hear Will. It won't be her Will at first. That person might look like him but-

But it is. It's part of him. That person is Will. So she'll try to accept him, it won't go well, and in the end... he's the last person to join the corpses, not her. Somehow, though, that part makes it a true nightmare. She would rather be the one killed than coldly destroy Will, even if he isn't acting in his right mind, even if it's just a nightmare.

Lion groans, shoulders slumping. She doesn't want to look up again or move. But being trapped like this with the smell of iron and flesh doesn't feel good either. Just move and be done with it. But then she'll see him. Then...she remains indecisive as ever.
