itp delphi tries this AGAIN, also there's a moron in your city

A moron has fallen out of a gate about two feet above ground....oh, my bad, above water. So there's actually a wet cat of a moron stumbling into London. Said wet cat looks like she's been through quite a bit of fighting, and her clothes are scorched around the edges. Also, for whatever reason, she's got a mistletoe keychain wrapped around the knuckles of her right hand. Like it's a weapon or something.

Anybody who can sense these things? This kid's somehow eaten the souls of two powerful demons, and has the potential to do worse.

There is a pressure there, of a power greater than Beldr or Belial, most certainly, that seems to ask 'who the hell do you think you're kidding'.
