[Its been a few days, and although she hasn't really gotten to talk to anyone, Jirachi's managed to pick up on a few facts about this place. 1) It's another world. Not very surprising to her, really; she's largely unfazed. 2) There are beings out there that humans can't possibly hope to understand. This also fails to bother her - the same description could apply to a good friend of hers, and she isn't human anyway. 3) This city is nowhere near as pleasant as she'd initially thought. That's what gets to her, really. In her short time here, she's managed to see a lot of how this place can affect the people here, how frustrated and unhappy some of them are, just by wandering the streets and paying attention.
Jirachi practically runs on happiness. This may not be her world, but she still has a duty, and she will still fulfill it. She just has to find a few people first...
It would admittedly be a lot easier if she had any idea who she was searching for. She doesn't know names or faces - but then, she never does. She's used to it, it's as regular as the tick of the clock. She just hopes she'll find the right people before the clock ticks its last.
She's approaching anyone and everyone she comes across. The people here aren't as friendly or forward as those back home, so she has to take a more hands-on approach.]
I beg thy pardon, but I am looking for someone...
((OOC: Hiiii it's Letty again. I have some plans regarding this but I really just want Jirachi to get some CR before the week is out. Hit me up on plurk (
Silverstilletto ) or AIM (thisdreamishappy) if you want to plot or anything? I barely have anyone here added on plurk I need to fix that ;;))

Of the manic variety. But hey, what're you going to do? Beggars can't be choosers.]
Well, look at this! Yes, how very cute, I do think I like you, young lady, hm? What may I do for you?

'Tis a pleasure to meet thee. I know this place not, and am tasked with finding three people. If 'twould not trouble thee, may I ask for thy help?
no subject
[With an elegant, sweeping gesture, not unlike something you'd see in a play, she bows, then attempts to kiss Jirachi's hand. ~Gentlemanly~]
For whom may you be looking? Three people, yes? If you could describe their faces?
no subject
Marry, three people. I know not whom they may be nor how they look, only that they are those in great need. They whose lives have gone down a path they did not choose, they who are in need of a second chance, they who are beseiged by misfortune... I seek three people in need of miracles.
[She's pretty much here to undo a few bad decisions if she can.]
no subject
Any three people, dear?
[A short beat.]
Well, then, I believe I may know just the place! But it is a dreadfully improper area for a girl of your looks and age -- shall I accompany you?
no subject
[Jirachi loves everyone. No exceptions. Shes seen humanity at its worst, so she's sure wherever you mean will not surprise her. She does giggle slightly, though - age isn't a factor at all.]
My looks belie mine age. But please do - 'tis sure to be more pleasant a trip with company, is it not?
no subject
[Since, you know. Red light districts.]
May I be so presumptuous as to ask the lady's age?
no subject
There's another giggle.] Ageless. I was born before time began to flow and space began to expand, and so there can be no measure.
no subject
Well. Ok.]
Lydia Thomas. As before, my lady, the pleasure is mine entirely.
no subject
...Whoops. Wrong about your sex. Well, no harm done anyway.]
Then let us be off! [She would lead the way, but has no idea where to go. She's quite eager to find the three people to bless with miracles. Time is running short.]
no subject
Prostitutes are cool too, right? Lydia takes a slightly scenic route, but the end result is in essence them ending up in an alleyway of London's Red Light District. Unhappy prostitutes abound.]
Ah, here we are! Do take care, my lady.

Fear not, I will be alright. I have seen humanity at its lowest, and loved people despite that. [Also a few thousand years has been plenty of time to learn self-defense.]

[So she'll just sit back and watch her grant wishes for whores and stab someone to death if anything goes sour.]
