Probably the worst part is the dodge is unconscious. Ah well.] Whatever surprises you stumbled on happened when that seal fell off you. I hope you figured out how to replace it.
[And the latter part gets a dismissive wave.] Whatever. You're not the first one to impose the "please don't murder so-and-so" rule. I won't murder her.

[Just as flat. Because if that's the case, you're an idiot.]

I'll keep what's left of my damn sanity first before I seal it again, thank you.
no subject
I see... Okay. And at which point in time did you try using your own abilities to retract it.

There's nothing natural about it. It feels like sandpaper up my ass to even reign it in. It had nothing to do with the Dark Man, except I think he was hoping I'd take out the city when it snapped.

Then completely derailing the conversation by how off-topic the response is.] What time were you leaving?

[Said while glancing back, and the windows have a strange flash of blood red before a black wall blocks it, smoking at the edges. Attempts to open the door that just slammed shut behind him fail - the doorknob doesn't even turn. The door's a wall. The only air vent is gone. After all, Sei's in a closed room. Of course there'd be no escape from it.]
I can only think of one thing preventing it. So I have one question. Have you ever left?
no subject
A closed room doesn't seem to effect him. He breaks the rules.]
This is...Ah. AH! [He slaps his hand with a fist, leaning back from the wall.]
No, how could I? A human can't leave.
no subject
No one can leave, actually. Do you think I'd be here willingly? ...But I can at least make it back off.
[It's a calm statement, but the expression isn't someone about to do a favor. It's the face of someone about to do something they hate doing, because it sucks in every sense of the world. But a black sword is still drawn from nowhere and Sei's enough of a reality breaker to watch how smoothly Will cuts through it and shatters a level off reality.
His office is not nice anymore. It's overcast, blood stains of varying ages on the desk, papers, walls, and floor. Pieces of bodies lie around the area, along with a few maimed corpses still chained to the walls. His outfit has changed into a blue overcoat that somehow, intrinsically, Sei knows it belongs to the Inquisitors. But most importantly, despite the room being so small, the space it fills is infinite.
It's a literal infinity, in all directions, and it feels off, lacking, missing something fundamental, and wrong, but that glimpse of a space without walls still feels like coming Home.]
Get used to it and we'll start your lessons.

Note to self, do not put antichrists in metaspaces without warning them.]
...This is going to hurt, isn't it.
no subject
It shouldn't.
[Setting his sword to rest tip-first in the ground. Inhaling once. Hold. Exhale. Then a beat to make you think nothing happened, until Sei gets the power signature equivalent of something completely nonexistent appearing in a blind spot and then smashing you into the pavement with the force of a couple hundred tractor trailers.
There's no physical appearance change on Will himself. But the black blade is one infinitely more noticeable - even humans know about the flaming sword.]
As long as you don't try leaving. [Oh, the voice echoes. God, he's scarier without a cover on.] How to go about this... I'm not showing my wings, but start with that. Do you have full movement of them?
no subject
As a note, who thought six was a good idea.
[Six wings. Son of a Seraph. Have fun.]

[Says a Dominion, rank of the arrogant assholes. The appearance doesn't match, but the left hand holding the sword stays permanently still, holding it in the position towards the ground. The right hand is free to gesture freely when its not busy holding a book of laws.
Sei is getting one of those unconscious angel feelings of 'ughhhh Dominions'.] How you want your seal to work is a personal choice. But you need to be a state removed of any other thoughts except the thought you want. For now, just concentrate on your wings. However you choose, your wings need to be gone. Think of them sealed, or erased, or invisible, or whatever. Detailed or easy as you want. I suggest having it somewhat a strong seal, so you don't accidentally think about it and smack someone in the face with 'em.
[The explanation is given blankly, like someone reading from a law book they're not even holding, but that last part sounds oddly like it's happened before. It's probably one of those awesome work stories you tell when you're trashed on Friday nights with your coworkers.]

Sei is quiet for a while, and somewhere, Will can hear music. It's not like Sei's singing, it's just the quiet thrum of his own power.
And then a quiet 'pop' when his wings vanish.]
Riiiight.
no subject
But the only thing the answer earns is a light tilt of his head.]
Then do that for your presence and be done with it. Maybe a third if you still feel off when you go back. More than that means you're with the Grand Court, so kindly refrain from insulting me.
no subject
For a moment, Sei thinks about it--but to find where his presence begins and ends, and so the space suddenly fills, the pressure increasing under the raw extent of untrained power.
Somewhere, in Will's mind, it's very clearly Raziel above all the others, going "I sure hope you know what you're doing", before the pressure shrinks back down to humming just underneath Sei's skin. He can't touch anyone without them finding out, but it feels like it fits there, and also that is the best fucking high he has gotten in his entire life, my god.]
...I think I can hear Reality.
[halp.]
no subject
And Raziel gets one quiet moment to enjoy waltzing into people's thoughts without permission, but he's promptly reminded who he's talking to. Because he's mentally backhanded out with the equivalent of a flaming sword. He knows what he's doing, back off.]
Don't listen to it. You'll go insane.
[...Subtle.]
Anything your powers interfere with can be retracted in such a fashion. But again, don't rely on it. Too many without reason or clearance is dangerous. Anything else?
no subject
There are people bouncing around out there, past the ring. And I think this is moving too?
[Maybe it wasn't an accident that an antichrist grew to adulthood in ignorance in a secluded shard in the farthest ring, after all.]

[It's an immediate snap, like his usual, but the one is... frightening. Not his usual harsh tone of scolding, but it sounds like a warning. The type of fear that comes from making that mistake yourself and never wishing it on anyone else.
But it's only that sentence. Because he inhales, exhales again, and it's back to the controlled expression of apathy.] Even ignoring you, it's possible to leave this Fragment. It's even easy for some of us. However, the location it's taken is... problematic.
no subject
[Not a question, a response. He's touched his hand to the edge again, pushing against it, sinking through it--
Getting smacked in the face with a giant crab claw?]
--Ow.
