[Except there's a woman already in the garden. Watering the flowers and humming pleasantly. When did she get there? --Wait. No. She's always been there. What's wrong with you, why would you even think someone could appear from nowhere? That's silly. And that's incredibly rude to your host.

Your host? Yes, your host. Children these days have no manners.]

Well, it seems a rabbit got lost again. Hello child.

Ah..please excuse me. [She has an accent that marks her as Japanese, even though it's rather faint and she's clearly fluent, and she bows low and very politely.

There's a breeze starting to feed through the garden, cool and almost curious in nature, gently running over everything. When the girl straightens back up, she's looking right at Featherine, which is impressive for a blindfolded chick, ain't it.]

I didn't mean to intrude.

Do not worry. You are a guest here.

[This sounds completely understandable. You are a guest here! What's wrong with you? You must've had a bad day to keep thinking such silly things. If the wind can differentiate between feelings, Featherine is no longer a force of nature in a human form.

She's just a simple human in a weird dress, watering a garden in winter? - wait, that's normal too. And she's nice and an excellent host. This is common knowledge, come on.]

Come in, child. Take a seat where you please.

...[For a long moment, something in Riku's survival instincts is screaming 'FLY YOU FOOL' but she comes in not long after, barefoot and cautious, and quietly takes a seat. We will assume Featherine herself can read the brackets, and so will note that she's listening as much as she's seeing...and she's afforded a bit better vision than someone who wouldn't be blindfolded.]

You have a very lovely garden, m'lady.

[She's a creator, you dipshit, of course she can read brackets Stop that. Featherine has much better manners than that, hahahaa.

The air is a bit different when she tries to 'see' again. It feels like it breathes in from two, three different places. Three different realities, one laid over the other, all existing at once. One is this sea of flowers - wasn't this garden smalle-no it was always this size, silly child. Another feels more ancient, with sharper edges and countless knowledge, but it can't be seen, only felt. The third sea is felt even less, but what can be sensed means that's a good thing.

Ikuko smiles from across the table, pouring a cup of tea for the visitor and that was always there don't you know.]
Thank you, child. I have others take care of it when I cannot.
