I could say she's all ready in danger just living here, but there probably is a chance she'd be in even more danger if you join up with us.

[a shrug] Then again, neutrality comes with its own dangers. If you're not on anyone's side, who's going to be on your side when things get really tough?

This place can get under your skin, and we all have our special ways of cutting loose, so I thought I might offer you one in the name of a good cause.

Really? I think you'd appreciate each other quite well. The only difference I can think of is Erika doesn't bother hiding how much of a monster she is.

That person and I don't really like each other at all. We just tolerate each other for a mutual friend. [he stands up, stretching out] But thanks for the advice. I really appreciate your help. I'll take everything you said into consideration.

Sorry that I won't join you. I won't pick sides unless I get a guarantee of Lion's safety. But if you need any more help, feel free to seek me for advice. [Kida's a smart enough kid to catch the real meaning behind the oddly-worded last sentence, or at least banking on him being smarter at catching things than Mikado. Whether he takes the offer or not is his own decision.]

It's a shame you won't be able to join, but I'll probably see you a lot. I need a lot of pointers for this kind of thing, and I can't think of anyone better to ask.

[he leaves all the literature he brought with him on the floor as he heads to the door to leave]
