A few years ago, I was invited by a dear friend to accompany her and her brother—it's a long story and not especially interesting, but he was moving to Galveston in Texas for business. At the time I had few prospects and was desirous of a change of scenery, so I accepted, and luckily for me the good people of Galveston were quite hungry for a performer from abroad. Quite the exotic sight. But one gets homesick after a while, and so here I am.
